
Most orders placed before 3:00 PST Monday thru Friday will ship same day. Most Orders placed after 3:00 PST will ship the next shipping day. Orders placed after 3:00 Friday or anytime Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday. You will be notified of any unexpected back orders or shipping delays as soon as they are discovered.
We will ship anywhere in the 48 contiguous states. Most orders will take between 1 to 5 business days to arrive. We do offer expedited shipping, including next day shipping, at an additional cost to you.
We do not ship to PO boxes or shipping drop off addresses such as “Mail Boxes Etc”. We will only ship your order to the shipping address confirmed by Paypal Pro or the confirmed billing address.
We require the credit card holder be present and sign for the delivery for all shipments that total $250 or more. Any purchase of less than $250 can be dropped off at the shipping address, no signature required.
Our primary shipper will be Fed Ex Home Delivery. They deliver Tuesday thru Saturday between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 8:00 P.M. If you have the package shipped to a work or business address, the package will be shipped FedEx Ground, which delivers Monday thru Friday. FedEx Express [2-Day, 3-Day, Overnight] shipping delivers only M-F, not on weekends. We reserve the right to use other viable shipping sources on orders that 4smartcar.com is shipping free of charge. Your order may be shipped in multiple packages an/or by multiple carriers. Once a product is shipped, it cannot be recalled and is subject to our regular return policy. Some small items may be shipped via an alternate source like the USPS.
Products shipped by us are properly packaged and protected; therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.
If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package on your receipt from the carrier.
If damage is discovered upon opening the package, notify the carrier and 4smartcar.com immediately.
Damage claims are handled through the carrier.
Be sure to retain packing materials for carrier inspection.
Claims for missing items or damaged shipment must be reported within 7 days of order receipt or they will be rejected.
International Checkout
4smartCar.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at cs@internationalcheckout.com.
4smartcar.com will let you return any order within 7 days of the date of purchase for exchange or refund. The item must be in “new condition” and must be sent back in the original box with the UPC code still attached, all packing materials and have everything that was originally in the box, including, but not limited to, all accessories, manuals and warranty cards. All returns must have an RMA.

All items purchased online at 4smartcar.com can only be returned to 4smartcar.com.
To return an item, call 4smartcar.com at 800-724-3457.
Be sure that you include the RMA number on the outside of the package next to the return address.
Be sure the items are packed properly so it does not get damaged during shipping.
Any items damaged during the return shipping process may not qualify for an exchange or refund due to the damage.
We suggest you purchase shipping insurance for your package.
4smartcar.com is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged products during the return shipping process.
Any item returned to 4smartcar.com without the RMA number on the outside of the box, will be refused and/or returned to you.
4smartcar.com does not refund shipping charges or pay shipping charges on returned items unless it was our mistake that is causing the return.
On items returned for exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item to 4smartcar.com plus the shipping charges for 4smartcar.com to return the exchanged item to you.
All returns that are accepted for a refund will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. Payments will be refunded via the same method used to make the payment.
